The patio heater was wonderful while we were grilling in the back. The beds..so comfortable. I want to know what kind of mattress that was. The location was perfect for us since it was a easy trip to Scottsdale. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

I’ve stayed in many properties in the US, never has one been so well equipped plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. Everything you could ever need including a pantry with many of the ‘basics’ a welcome pack of goodies was a really nice. The most incredible thing was a Peloton bike! Large TV’s were fantastic pool was super clean (we watched how thorough the pool guy was). Lots of additional pillows linen and towels I can’t think of anything more you could ask for. The area is clean safe and unbelievably quiet, no car or aircraft noise and the pool is secluded and not overlooked at all. If you want party central - this isn’t for you. If you want peace and tranquility this is the place for you. Matt the host responded to our ‘how does this work’ questions within minutes, unbelievably helpful and keen to ensure we had the perfect stay - which we absolutely did. If we come back to Scottsdale we will not need to look anywhere else.

This is our second stay at Matt's beautiful home in Fountain Hills. We were greeted by a lovely gift basket filled with all sorts of treats which was so thoughtful. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is well outfitted and stocked with some basics to get you going. Bedrooms are comfortable and living area has loads of room to play board games, puzzle or just relax and watch some sports or watch a movie or take a spin on the bike! The house has a lovely pool and backyard where you can enjoy some beautiful sunsets while enjoying the peaceful and incredibly quiet neighborhood. You are close to the Fountain Hills town center, shopping, restaurants, and some nice hiking trails. Did I mention the cleanliness and neatness of the house? It really feels like a home away from home. Matt is a wonderful host and he always available if you need him. We are looking forward to our visit next year. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Loved my stay in this beautiful 3 bedroom fully equipped home in Fountain Hills. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful and private pool and backyard. I really appreciated the Peloton since it was August and too hot to hike or run outside, but can’t wait to come back and stay when hiking and running is possible. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds, all I needed for a wonderful stay.

We have been coming to Arizona for years now. This was by far our best rental we have ever had. Matt even went as far as to help us surprise my husband for his birthday on the day that we arrived. Accommodations are insanely clean and he has literally anything you might need to cook, clean or use. Also, everything is close to you: pizza, dinner out, breakfast, ice cream, coffee and hiking. The views are breathtaking and the neighborhood is so very quiet. The pool is perfect and you can stay on the porch and watch the kids so easily. If you like getting up and walking or running the neighborhood this is absolute perfection. I can’t say enough amazing things about Matt and his property. You have to book this! You won’t regret it.

The beautiful pool & multiple outdoor spaces meant we spent lots of time outside in the fresh air, both in the sun & in the shade. The home is in a lovely neighborhood & we walked different directions everyday - amazing desert views! We were amazed by the beauty, the peacefulness, & the comfort & variety of seating options. The pool, the shaded deck, the breezeway… simply the best! The indoors is also great! Convenient & well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, inviting spaces, we loved it all. Matt has made this home perfect for VRBO renters! It’s spotlessly clean, has every conceivable thing you may need, & checkin & communication were a breeze. We are now staying at another property that a friend is renting & we are shocked at the contrast of what they DON’T have. This property was lovely -- lots of windows and views, great pool/patio, and lots of covered spaces for reading and relaxing. The owner was wonderful -- he was very communicative and did all he could to ensure our stay was pleasant! The property is also very family-friendly -- with a Pack n Play, high chair, child rocker, and some kids' games on site. Note: all beds have Temperpedic mattresses.

My family which includes two octogenarians, enjoyed the views, location, and comfort of this HOME. It was clean, cozy, and not much was expected of us to check in or out. You can even see the fountain from the front of the house. Only wish we would have used more of the many amenities, like the grills and pool. My grandmother is using a cane and had no problem getting around. We really enjoyed the balcony and backyard. We took scenic family pictures out there in the day and enjoyed some star gazing at night. Really appreciate the stay Matt, thank you.

Absolutely love this property. Spacious home with pool and views in a quiet neighborhood. We felt like we were staying at a friend's home. Where to start.....well, communication with the host was clear and timely. We had no problems finding the house or accessing. This house has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay; the kitchen lacks nothing if you care to cook at home- which we did. I only wish we could have stayed longer so I could have made a cake for us to enjoy- or cookies for that matter- both could have been baked easily. BBQ available and the pool was enjoyed by all. Late October brings nice warm days and cooler evenings. Every bedroom was comfortable with extra linens/towels/blankets/pillows if needed. We love the location. Close to the town of Fountain Hills but also a short drove to Scottsdale and Phoenix. TV, Peloton bike, games all available. I would say that this is a place will keep everyone happy. We will definitely be back and we wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks so much for opening your home to us; your hospitality was much appreciated.

The property is just as advertised. The views are even better in person. The accommodations had everything we needed. The location is great. It was very easy for us to get to Scottsdale and surrounding areas. Beautiful scenery along the way. It is a very nice city. Quiet and beautiful. Plenty of grocery stores, etc. We stayed at the start of the COVID-19 restrictions, but we were still able to golf and find what we needed. Having to stay put was not a problem as the house is very nice and the outdoor areas very private and breathtaking. I would highly recommend this home and we hope to stay again in the future. Matt was very easy to communicate with and we had a fantastic time!

We have been renting vacation homes through VRBO, Airbnb and local real estate agencies for 20 years. Sometimes one finds a place has not been kept up or perhaps the location not so great. So we do a lot of homework to find 'newer' or 'recently renovated' properties and look closely at maps. This property did not disappoint. The décor, cleanliness, amenities, peacefulness and communication with the owner all good, great even. We enjoyed this home immensely, and would stay again when in Fountain Hills.

We planned a family get together and the property was in a perfect location with amazing views and sunsets. We enjoyed using the oversized grill for a barbeque and the pool was perfect. We reserved this property early in the year. I believe it was a fairly new listing so we were able to get a great deal. It was exactly as pictured. The house was amazing, the views even better. Very quiet neighborhood, great for relaxing. We spent much of our time hanging out on the back porch. A couple of cool things to note - we saw several coyotes wandering around, checking out the property across from us. And the cacti in the area are just the coolest. I did some research on them and it was pretty fascinating. Overall a great property ! As more people rent this and word gets out, I am quite sure it will eventually be out of our price range. This was a beautiful house located in a very tranquil area - fantastic views of the mountains from both sides. Nearby, there was plenty of shopping areas and all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. The house itself is newly renovated with all the modern accessories and Matt was very responsive and a great host! Highly recommended for a short or longer stay. This was one of the best Airbnb stays I have ever had!

We were visiting the area for the first time over spring break. The home was everything we needed; very clean, well decorated and very comfortable. Fountain Hills was close to everything we needed. Enjoyed hiking at Superstitious Mountain, boating at Lake Saguaro, ATV riding in Fort McDowell, Spring Training games in both Surprise and Mesa. The drives to everything were easy and enjoyable. We absolutely love Fountain Hills and decided to spend a few weeks there this year. This house was perfect for our visiting children and their families. We enjoyed the outdoor sitting and griddle/grill areas with the great views of the mountains and desert. We sat out til the wee hours and enjoyed the outdoor heater and the night lights of Fountain Hills. The house is clean and open and beautifully decorated. The beds and pillows are awesome and guarantee you a great nights sleep. The pool was too cold to really enjoy but we loved sitting out there with a glass of wine and enjoyed the lights at night. The location to Mesa, Scottsdale, zoos, restaurants, shopping and the airports are an easy drive and couldn’t of been anymore perfect. Matt is a wonderful host and easy to reach if you have questions. We look forward to returning!

Absolutely fantastic! If you want 360 degree views of the mountains in a very beautiful, very well furnished home with lots of extras at a great value ... This is it. My well to do Aunt and Uncle that live in fountain hills were jealous. Even in the middle of summer you can still enjoy the outside in the very nicely furnished breezeway. Very close to anything you need or want to do. And be prepared for how quiet the area is. The owner is very nice, easy to deal with as well as contacting. We did not want to leave. Absolutely the best we have ever stayed at. This is one time that the pictures do not show how great this house is. If you are going to Phoenix, this is the place to stay. Thanks Matt 👍
